Article: Where to Get Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) Training

Where to Get Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) Training

Bloodborne pathogen training is a requirement for permanent makeup artists. The course teaches artist and staffs at the studio how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material such as blood or body fluids. It is one of many trainings on the journey of becoming a PMU artist.

To renew or get BBP certified the easiest way is by taking an online course. We recommend ProTrainings. This 100% online course is OSHA compliant and you get your certificate instantly upon completion! Enter code CPR-PMU to receive a discount.  Please check and consult with your local health department for the most up to date guideline on how to obtain a body art practitioner license.
